Vendor Registration

Vendors must provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to approve or reject vendor applications.

6. Business Solutions

SaaS and White-Label

Enterprise solutions (SaaS, White-Label, Custom Deployment) are governed by separate agreements. Contact us for business licensing terms.

Licensing

White-Label solutions provide licensed deployment rights, not source code ownership. All customizations and modifications must be agreed upon separately.

7. Intellectual Property

HehiaServe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HehiaServe and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Platform "As Is"

HehiaServe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are independent entities. We are not responsible for vendor products, services, or conduct. Disputes should be resolved directly with vendors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HehiaServe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
