Creating an account on HehiaServe is quick and easy. You can shop as a guest, but having an account gives you access to order tracking, saved addresses, and personalized recommendations.

Step-by-Step Guide

Download the App
Download HehiaServe from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Open the App
Launch HehiaServe on your mobile device. You'll see the welcome screen with options to browse as a guest or sign in.
Choose Sign Up
Tap on "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button.
Enter Your Information
Provide your phone number or email address. Choose a secure password.
Verify Your Account
Enter the verification code sent to your phone or email.
Complete Your Profile
Add your name, delivery address, and any other required information.
Start Shopping!
Your account is now active. Browse products, add items to cart, and place your first order.

Pro Tip: Enable location services to see vendors and products available in your area. You can also save multiple delivery addresses for convenience.

Account Types

Customer Account: Browse products, place orders, track deliveries, and manage your profile.

Vendor Account: If you want to sell on HehiaServe, you can register as a vendor through the app by switching to vendor mode and completing the business registration process.
